How alerts are generated. Each time a payer republishes its TiC MRF (typically monthly per the federal mandate), ReimburseOS computes the delta against your last snapshot rates. If the change crosses your alert threshold (default: any move greater than 2% on a CPT you bill), it surfaces here. No clinical content, no claims, no patient data is touched in this logic.
